A: FAQ is an acronym for "frequently asked questions" about our site, products and services.
A: We work Monday through Saturday 10am - 9pm EST. We are closed Sundays. We can be reached any time 24/7 by our online contact form or our voice mail system. Please allow 72 business hours for someone to respond. We periodically experience a heavy volume of emails and calls. Please make sure to provide your contact information to ensure timely service.
We discourage sending faxes to contact us, unless there is a specific reason to do so or a request has been made by one of our representatives.
A: You information is safe with us. We do not rent or sell any information about you through our payment gateways or any email list or forms we operate through this site. We are registered with Trust-guard and the BBB. We only keep transaction history up to 7 years. For a complete listing our our disclaimer and practices, please visit our

A: If you receive any product that is broken or damaged from CJC, please save your receipt and return it for a full replacment of the same item free of charge and shipping. All sales are final and we will not accept returned items once purchased unless they are damaged upon receiving. All purchased items must be returend in the original packaging unopened and in the condition you received it in. You have up to 30 days for a full refund or replacement. If we do not receive any notice or the items within 15 days, we have the right to refuse replacement or refunds. If you return a damaged item, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for this to be processed and the new item replacement or refund to be shipped back to you.
If you purchase anything from our thrid party sites, you need to contact them and go by their return policies. We are not responsible for any damaged items purchased third our third party vendors.
A: If you are one of our artists, you will be assigned an agent rep that will handle your accounts and contracts with CJC. All inquiries or concerns should go through them. In the event you have an issue with your agent or cannot get ahold of them or they do not get back with you in a timely manner, please contact our administrative office by
